[Daddy's Bday in 2oo9] Espresso Gateau with Chocolate Dacquoise

用番輝Sir既食譜, 但係改用朱古力杏仁蛋糕Dacquoise做蛋糕底, 獲得一致好評, 以後都可以keep住用呢個做餅底, 比海綿蛋糕更容易掌握...

Espresso Gateau一致認為太苦, 下次要加糖減咖啡...

第1次自己做朱古力鏡面, 但係淋個陣唔夠快, 搞到一撻撻... 好醜樣... 食落煙煙韌韌咁, 好怪... 要再研究...

總括黎講家人都好捧場, 清晒... 嘻嘻... 佢地只愛咖啡味蛋糕, 呢個食譜一定要好好鑽研, 將佢發揚光大...
