菠菜牛肉卷 + "炆"西蘭花炒肉片

由金菇牛肉卷演變而成既菠菜牛肉卷... 因為怕金菇難咬, 所以改成用菠菜, 再加個Sukiyaki汁, 第1次整都似模似樣...
另一半唔鐘意食硬西蘭花, 於是先烚, 再加好多水去焗, 最終變左"炆"西蘭花炒肉片...
