腰果曲奇

農曆新年打算用自家製曲奇拜年, 於是先做一d練習...
因為時間問題, 切片曲奇係最佳既選擇, 可以一早整定麵團, 到時只要切片就可以馬上入爐, 夠晒方便快捷...
不過呢個食譜, 唔知係因為粉太多, 定係唔係即刻焗, 感覺上牛油味無之前整既咁出... 雖然一樣好食, 但係到正式個陣, 都係用番之前個
