自家煮3週年晚餐...

焗忌廉蘑菇三文魚酥皮卷
日式蘑菇忌廉汁意粉
可惜意粉徹底失敗, 因為烹煮時間太長, 質感都變成了通粉, 加上完全不夠味...
幸好酥皮卷雖然外形有待改善, 但是內餡非常正, 又夠飽肚, 完全彌補了意粉的不足...
