湯種 ~ 芝士條

今次試下玩湯種, 原來都好簡單, 只需事先將5份水+1份高粉煮成麵糊, 攤凍後同材料一齊打成麵團就得...
過程中麵團都比之前做既濕同黏手, 可能濕度較高, 焗起既麵包好鬆軟... 甚至覺得比用老麵好...
