"二人世界" Lunch @ 蝦仁炒蛋

忽然好想食
蝦仁炒蛋
,在超市發現有急凍越南蝦仁🍤,聲稱已去腸就買來試下,$35大約有20隻,肉質不錯,而且慳水慳力。
3隻蛋🥚的份量,跟鬼嫁教加了生粉、水、鹽、味霖調味,再加入已調味和煎熟的蝦,然後一同落鑊炒。
蛋雖然全熟但仍算滑,應該是歸功於生粉。
