Lunch @ 西蘭花肉卷,清酒煮蜆

第一餐正正經經在新屋煮飯,煮了小寶喜歡的
西蘭花肉卷
和試用阿拉丁焗爐煮
清酒煮蜆
,將蜆和調味料全放入焗盤再蓋上蓋,240c焗12分鐘。雖然簡單方便,但似乎不及明火煮得入味。
