Mango Mascarpone Cheese Cup

上星期整Tiramisu剩係用半盒Mascarpone cheese, 於是今個weekend就用埋呢半盒整Mango Cheese...
照舊用急凍芒果果茸, 再加兩個新鮮芒果, 好甜呀... 不過底部既Jelly唔記得抄低同水既比例, 求其用1:1, 點知太硬啦... 而個面又整得唔平, 唯一美中不足既地方... 究竟點先可以整平個面呢??????
