[YouR BdAy iN 2oo9] 薄脆榛子朱古力蛋糕

榛子脆脆底
加3層榛子蛋糕, 夾著3層吉士忌廉
面層是Chocolate truffle cream...
一共8層, 味道一流... 榛子, 朱古力同吉士配合得天衣無縫...
唯一要彈就是外型, 沒有用生果就當堂失色, 加上邊位又不平...
下次應該整正方形, 再切平邊位, 相信會漂亮得多...
