Dinner @ 法式小羊架配長豆南瓜茸

係凍肉鋪見到有BB羊架, 細細支, 好得意... 簡簡單單煎香就得...
不過醃個陣落得太多鹽, 比較咸...
配菜有長豆同南瓜茸... 將南瓜整成茸, 再加忌廉同牛油拌勻就得, 好好味呀, 比薯茸更多纖維...更有益...
