鮮奶燉蛋白

整蛋糕用淨3個蛋白, 仲有一日就過期, 最好既消滅方法就係鮮奶燉蛋白...
不過燉左一輪都只係凝固到一半, 唔知係咪因為同鮮奶混合之前唔記得先發勻蛋白, Anyway, 唔太甜, 好好味, 好滑(of course, 因為淨係凝固到一半)
