LC ~ 375無水蒸排骨

係其他Blog睇到可以用LC無水蒸餸... 咁又試下啦...
用菜心墊底, 加埋冬菇, 用晒差不多全屋既調味去醃排骨...
不過當排骨蒸熟時, 菜心已經太淋, 相反冬菇又唔太淋, 唔知關唔關個煲太大事?!?!?!
