和風晚餐 ~ 煎小牛仔骨 + 炒椰菜甘筍絲

又想食魚,又想食牛,於是兩樣買晒...
前一晚
食魚,呢晚就食牛...
用我至愛既BBQ醬醃,再煎... 簡單快捷... 下次醃長時間應該更為入味...
配上前一晚一次過炒既椰菜甘筍絲... 又一餐和風晚餐...
