營養鮮奶麥皮

讀書時, 早餐/brunch好簡單, 好多時都係多士、Cereal、麥皮...
以前就叮麥皮, 而家唔叮得, 於是開火煮... 好認真落足70g麥皮(之前睇過要食足70g先可以降膽固醇), 加一盒脫脂奶煮, 不過原來都幾杰, 要再加水...
