Satruday Kitchen ~ 焗春雞

見Sogo減價,買了兩隻美國春雞,這次的Satruday Kitchen的主角就是[焗春雞]。
先用鹽、Rosemary、Parsly醃,再加牛油、蒜蓉、香草塗勻全隻雞,放上鐵架,下面放上雜菜(今次有新薯、椰菜、紅蘿蔔),就可以入波仔焗。
