香煎三文魚

簡簡單單煎條魚炒個菜做晚餐, 唔煎紅衫魚, 改煎三文魚...

用少少麻油, 老抽, 鮮露同糖煮汁, 好好味, 不過三文魚煎完已經出左好多油, 雖然魚油有益, 但係再加埋麻油, 個汁都幾油, 除非換過隻鍋煮汁, 但係咪要洗多隻?!?!
