青紅蘿蔔煲太子骨 + 洋蔥豬扒 + 蒜蓉炒白菜仔

呢日出開灣仔, 於是係灣仔街市買餸... 感覺上好似比較靚, 起碼菜無咁霉...
本來想依舊買西施骨煲湯, 不過肉檔老闆介紹"太子骨"($33), 咁就試下啦... 再加1條青蘿蔔同1條紅蘿蔔煲, 今次煲完, 有成4大碗, 飲足兩日... 下次加多條蘿蔔應該會再濃味d...
不過一煮中餐來來去去都係個幾味, 唔係因為想記錄個湯, 都真係費事寫...
