菜肉餃子

好耐無包餃子啦, 今次依然係我至愛既菜肉餡... 而且有一發現, 原來餃子煮熟後, 過一過水, 上碟時d皮就唔會黏住...
最近係街外食餃子, 發覺原來點豆辨醬係好好食, 又唔太辣, 於是係"滔滔"買左1樽, 點知呢隻又辣又鹹, 仲有成樽點算...
