Lunch @ 西蘭花雞柳忌廉汁意粉

本來是清明節的dinner, 可是買了材料又懶得煮, 於是變成了Good Friday的午餐...
非常快捷, 40分鐘就完成... 將西蘭花切碎, 快熟有咬口又不會太硬... 用低脂忌廉煮汁又較為健康...
